Your Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a SAP ERP Release and Change Management Specialist. As a key member of our global SAP ERP system landscape, you will play a crucial role in planning, scheduling, and deploying changes and releases into various SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Change Advisory Boards (CAB) and Change Control Boards (CCB): Participate in CAB and CCB meetings to ensure transparency of change requests throughout their lifecycle.
  2. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our SAP Change and Release Management processes.
  3. Project Collaboration: Contribute to projects from a change and release perspective, working closely with Change Request and Test Management teams.
  4. International Stakeholder Management: Handle communication and alignment with international stakeholders, being part of a dynamic team driving continuous improvement in ITIL-based processes.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in the design, operation, and improvement of Release, Change request, and Test management processes.
  • SAP Expertise: Experience with SAP TMS and SAP Change Control (ChaRM) and SAP Solution Manager will be a plus.
  • Project Management: Experience in project management and experience in SAP ERP Projects or ERP support organizations will be a plus.
  • ITIL Knowledge: Good knowledge of service support processes based on ITIL; an ITIL foundation or expert certificate would be a plus.
  • Regulated Applications: Experience in the management of regulated applications.
  • International Teamwork: Familiarity with working in an international, virtual team in close collaboration, being able to function as a cross-functional backup for Release Management and Change request management.
  • Computer Systems Validation: Knowledge in Computer Systems Validation in a Pharmaceutical Company (Validation knowledge will be a plus).
  • Language: Proficient in English.
