Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Systems Sales Engineer to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a Systems Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical sales, engineering, and support on a broad range of components and systems in the field of electrohydraulic, electro-mechanic, and closed-loop control technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for Motion Control Solutions from specification to sizing.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure profitable business to meet the objectives of an agreed sales plan.
  • Understand the assigned markets, including competitor activity, and monitor the wants and needs of the customers.
  • Maintain close contact with assigned customers and provide them with a constant level of excellent customer service.
  • Make effective proposals and quotations to customers within the agreed pricing policy and approved commercial terms.
  • Technical sales support for motion control systems/products.
  • Define technical specifications for products and systems in close cooperation with local customers and our European applications engineering department.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience in the field of Motion Control Systems (Electro-hydraulic, Electro-mechanic, Controller/Software, Closed Loop Controls).
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Autonomous, proactive, and customer-focused.
  • Proven experience in managing a number of projects at one time.
  • Fluent Spanish and English.
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 50%).
