**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and develop building management systems to optimize the performance and efficiency of telecommunications infrastructure.
  • Implement trend control systems and systems from manufacturers like Schneider, Ignition, and Niagara.
  • Provide technical maintenance support and project documentation for internal purposes and clients.
  • Design control solutions for companies and communicate with operators and service companies.
  • Prepare communication and security audit reports and provide specialized support for creating commercial proposals.
  • Ensure adherence to estimated times for task completion and meet established deadlines.
  • Resolve level 3 incidents and interact directly with clients, including delivery of commercial proposals, price negotiation, and work planning organization.
  • Comply with ISO9001 and ISO 27001 standards.

**Requirements:**

  • Proficient in interpreting technical specifications, blueprints, and measurement tables.
  • Language proficiency in Spanish, English, or German, with a preference for at least two languages.
  • Knowledge in BMS, automation, and control, including PLC programming.
  • High proficiency in office and design tools, such as Office, Autocad, Presto, and Visio.
  • Knowledge of BIM and MS Project.
  • High level of English, minimum B2.
  • At least 8-10 years of experience on large projects.
  • Experience in project sales support.
