Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Mallorca. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational support to one of our key clients, a tour operator, across all our destinations in Spain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service Quality Management: Ensure that our services meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
  • Operational Strategy Development: Develop and execute operational strategies to ensure efficient and cost-effective processes that deliver high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with our operations teams across different destinations to provide guidance and support.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
  • Risk Management: Manage risks and escalate issues in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
  • Claims and Incident Management: Manage claims and incidents related to customer operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working with tour operators and destination services.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • High level of English (native level). Spanish is an asset.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
