ERM is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) team through our internship program. As a global leader in sustainability consulting, we offer exciting opportunities to work on both national and international consulting projects.

About the Role:

The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of consulting projects, including:

  • Assisting in audits focused on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues to help companies identify reputational risks and opportunities for sustainable development.
  • Providing support to the team in delivering innovative services such as ESG strategy development.
  • Providing support in environmental, health, and safety (EHS) audits to assist mergers and acquisitions, as well as supply chain audit programs.
  • Reviewing reports and documents.

Requirements:

We are seeking individuals with a passion for sustainability and the following qualifications:

  • Enrolled in a Master's degree program in Economics, Environmental, Finance, or related disciplines in a Spanish University.
  • Familiarity with sustainability standards, frameworks, and indices such as TCFD, GRI, CDP, SBTi, and ESG Indices.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (B2/C1 level); proficiency in other foreign languages is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to work in an international environment, coupled with curiosity, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
