**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sustainability Consultant to join our team at Environmental Resources Management (ERM). As a Senior Sustainability Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their sustainability goals and develop strategies to mitigate climate change.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement climate strategies, including low-carbon economy transitions, GHG emissions reduction actions, and climate-related financial risk assessments.
- Support clients in developing corporate sustainability programs, such as sustainability strategies, human rights due diligence processes, and CSR strategies.
- Assist in the development of corporate sustainability reports, including writing, editing, and proofreading content.
- Conduct assessments of business programs to measure and value their broader societal impacts using concepts such as Social/Environmental Return on Investment and Natural Capital Protocol.
**Requirements**
- Master's degree in environmental engineering, industrial engineering, environmental science, or a related field.
- Four to six years of experience in environmental management and sustainability-related services, with a deep understanding of environmental regulations.
- Experience in Corporate Social Responsibility (strategy and reporting) and double materiality assessment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience recording and writing detailed technical data and reports.
- Fluency in Spanish and English languages, with additional languages such as French or Italian being a plus.
