Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Coordinator to join our team at Importante empresa. As a key member of our Medical Devices department, you will be responsible for coordinating training and medical education activities, working closely with our Training Manager, Medical faculty, and local organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate training and medical education activities, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality delivery.
  2. Manage administrative and logistical aspects of training courses, including communications, registrations, allocations, logistics, welcome packs, compliance, and contracting paperwork.
  3. Support the development and maintenance of training materials, tracking, and logistics.
  4. Prepare and present key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in a medical education environment.
  2. Background in the Medical Devices Industry is a significant advantage.
  3. Fluent English language skills (C1 level).
  4. Ability to work effectively in an international environment.
  5. Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
