Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Organizational Development Specialist to join our team at Southern Processing Corporation. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive training programs that align with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments to identify training needs across departments and collaborate with stakeholders to determine skill gaps and organizational development areas.
  • Design and develop training programs that cater to various learning styles, including in-person, online, and blended formats.
  • Create engaging content that aligns with our organizational objectives, including leadership development, technical skills, soft skills, and compliance training.
  • Organize and deliver training programs, ensuring smooth facilitation and effective evaluation of program outcomes.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, testing, and performance analysis, and adjust learning initiatives accordingly.
  • Develop and implement leadership development programs to nurture internal talent and create a pipeline of future leaders.
  • Work with employees and managers to create individual development plans that align with career aspirations and organizational objectives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and self-development, and lead or support organizational change initiatives through training and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with HR to integrate learning and development with talent management and retention strategies, and report to senior management on training program outcomes and workforce development.
Requirements
  • Full-time position with a regular 8-hour shift schedule.
  • Benefits package, including paid training and a 13th month salary.
