Logoplaste is actively seeking a Logistics & Quality Manager (m/f) to join the production team.
Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, this role requires collaboration as a vital member of the team.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the intake of materials and dispatch of finished goods;
- Ensure adherence to FIFO principles in raw materials by production teams;
- Manage documentation related to the quality management system;
- Monitor compliance with quality and production protocols by all personnel;
- Provide reports to the Plant Manager regarding quality benchmarks and oversee them throughout production;
- Communicate group KPIs related to quality and overall performance.
Candidate Profile
Background and Experience
- Minimum years of experience in an Industrial/Production setting;
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Technical Skills
- Strong grasp of Logistics & Quality Control methodologies;
- Fluent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Spanish (mandatory);
- Familiarity with ISO, FSSC, or BRC Certification systems;
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and SAP knowledge is highly regarded.
Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to engage professionally with diverse groups, managers, external partners, and subject matter experts;
- A collaborative team player with a proactive approach;
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate problem-solving capabilities;
- Results-driven with the capacity to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
