Logistics and Quality Manager

Logoplaste is seeking a skilled Logistics and Quality Manager to join our team at Logoplaste Torija.
This role reports directly to the Plant Manager and requires collaboration with the production team.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the receipt and dispatch of materials and finished products;
- Ensure First-In-First-Out (FIFO) compliance in raw materials by production teams;
- Document the quality system and ensure adherence to quality and production procedures;
- Monitor and report on quality standards and KPIs related to quality and overall parameters.
Requirements
- Minimum years of experience in Industrial/Production environment;
- College degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent;
- Solid understanding of Logistics & Quality Control practices;
- Ability to communicate fluently in both written and spoken English and Spanish;
- Experience with ISO, FSSC, or BRC Certification systems;
- Knowledge of MS office tools and SAP knowledge is highly valued.

- Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups, managers, external companies, and subject matter experts;
- Team player and flexible with a proactive and collaborative attitude;
- Ability to work autonomously and problem-solving skills;
- Results-oriented with the ability to deliver under pressure and tight deadlines.
