Logistics and Quality Manager

Logoplaste is seeking a highly skilled Logistics and Quality Manager to join our production team in Torija.
This role reports directly to the Plant Manager and requires strong collaboration with the team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial production and a college degree in industrial engineering or equivalent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entry and exit of materials and finished products;
- Ensure FIFO compliance in raw materials by production teams;
- Document management of the quality system;
- Monitor adherence to quality and production procedures;
- Report to the Plant Manager on quality standards and monitor them through production;
- Report to the group on KPIs related to quality and overall parameters.
Requirements
- Minimum years of experience in industrial production environment;
- College degree in industrial engineering or equivalent;
- Solid understanding of logistics and quality control practices;
- Ability to communicate fluently in both written and spoken English and Spanish;
- Experience with ISO, FSSC, or BRC Certification systems;
- Knowledge of MS office tools and SAP knowledge will be highly valued.
