Job Summary
Logoplaste is seeking a highly skilled Logistics and Quality Manager to join our production team at Logoplaste Torija. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and quality control processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the receipt and dispatch of materials and finished products;
- Implement and maintain a first-in-first-out (FIFO) system for raw materials;
- Develop and maintain documentation for our quality management system;
- Monitor adherence to quality and production procedures by all employees;
- Report to the Plant Manager on quality standards and monitor production performance;
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and overall performance.
Requirements
- Minimum years of experience in an industrial or production environment;
- College degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent;
- Solid understanding of logistics and quality control practices;
- Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish;
- Experience with ISO, FSSC, or BRC Certification systems;
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and SAP knowledge is highly valued.
