The Four Seasons Resort Mallorca is a luxury hotel located on the Formentor Peninsula, offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean and surrounding landscapes. Originally opened in 1929, the hotel is currently undergoing restoration and renovation, set to reopen as a Four Seasons resort in mid-2024.
The resort will feature 109 rooms and suites, multiple dining options, including a signature restaurant, beachfront restaurant, and café, as well as a poolside bar and grill, events space, spa, and fitness facilities. Guests will also have access to the beach, adult pool, and vitality pool, as well as a wine tasting experience in the vineyards.
We are seeking a Commis Waiter to join our pre-opening team at Four Seasons Mallorca Formentor. As a member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while working closely with other team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional, friendly, and proactive guest service at all times.
- Have full knowledge of all menu items, daily features, and promotions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all work areas, utensils, and equipment.
- Follow kitchen policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Ensure adherence to all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
- Clear, clean, and stock chairs, linens, china, and glass for service in an unobtrusive manner.
- Greet guests, provide water, bread, and butter service.
- Setup buffets and food stations.
Requirements:
- Minimum food service experience is required.
- Good communication skills are essential.
- A flexible schedule is necessary, with the ability to work morning and afternoon shifts.
- The ability to multitask is required.
- Must have the legal right to work in Spain and fluency in English and Spanish.
