The Role

We're seeking a travel enthusiast with a passion for guest service to join our team at Indie Campers in Seville - Dos Hermanas. As a key member of our depot team, you'll be responsible for ensuring an exceptional level of customer service, maintaining our campervan fleet in top condition, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead depot operations in the absence of the Branch Operations Supervisor
  • Handle incoming reservations, welcome guests, and manage check-ins and check-outs
  • Prepare and clean campervans to the highest standards
  • Maintain campervans in excellent condition, monitoring maintenance and repair needs
  • Register guests, manage stock, and process payments
  • Address customer complaints and troubleshoot emergencies

Requirements

  • You're a travel enthusiast with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car
  • You're fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory)
  • You're eligible to work in Spain, hold a valid driver's license, and feel confident driving a campervan
  • You're available to work weekends and public holidays
  • You're a responsible individual who takes their work seriously and can be relied upon
  • You're well-organized and skilled at solving problems
