The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Senior Campervan Operations Manager in Seville - Dos Hermanas. As the face of our company, you'll be responsible for ensuring an exceptional level of customer service, maintaining our campervan fleet in top condition, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead depot operations in the absence of the Branch Operations Supervisor
  • Handle incoming reservations, welcome guests, and manage check-ins and check-outs
  • Prepare and clean campervans to the highest standards
  • Maintain campervans in excellent condition, monitoring maintenance and repair needs
  • Register guests, manage stock, and process payments
  • Address customer complaints and troubleshoot emergencies

Requirements

  • You're a travel enthusiast with excellent communication skills and experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car
  • You're fluent in English and Spanish, with a valid driver's license and ability to drive a campervan
  • You're available to work weekends and public holidays
  • You're a responsible and organized individual who takes pride in their work
