Group Leader in Development and Validation of Electrolyzers and Flow Cells

Cic Energigune is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Group Leader to lead the development and validation of electrolyzers and flow cells. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of our low-temperature water electrolyzers, low-temperature fuel cells, and flow cells business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a technology roadmap for our electrolyzer and flow cell components, focusing on performance, lifetime, cost, sustainability, and scalability.
- Lead the design, development, and manufacturing scale-up of electrolyzer and flow cell components for current and future technologies.
- Collaborate with our Business Development Director to secure funding from government and industrial sources.
- Build and maintain relationships with local universities, industry, and technological centers to advance our scientific strategy.
- Manage a team of researchers and resources to achieve project goals.
