About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Spanish Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Teleperformance Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new advertisers and providing them with expert digital advertising guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve daily interaction targets through phone calls and emails
  • Qualify and manage inbound leads, ensuring a smooth sales pipeline
  • Identify business needs and tailor our product offerings accordingly
  • Prepare and set expectations with businesses regarding onboarding and go-live processes
  • Develop a deep understanding of our onboarding requirements and processes across different regions
  • Work closely with businesses to collect and submit necessary information for onboarding
  • Accurately advise and support businesses on verification requirements during the onboarding process
  • Successfully troubleshoot or escalate issues through appropriate support channels
  • Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Requirements
  • Native-level Spanish language proficiency
  • Fluent English language skills, both spoken and written
  • At least 1+ years of experience in sales, recruiting, or customer-facing roles
  • Previous experience in a call center environment
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Google Docs and Sheets or Microsoft Word and Excel
