Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Multinational Programme Coordinator to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our global team, you will work closely with underwriting teams, customers, brokers, and network partners to execute multinational insurance programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute inbound and outbound multinational programmes using proprietary tools and systems.
  • Engage with network partners in 175 countries to confirm local country support and related tax items.
  • Review underwriting submission materials to assist underwriters with quoting and binding local underliers.
  • Liaise with various teams at BHSI to address tax and regulatory compliance matters, reinsurance agreements, and data management needs.
  • Correspond with global customers and brokers.
  • Support the development of BHSI's multinational processes, tools, and systems.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years commercial insurance experience.
  • Multinational experience.
