Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Broadcom's CA portfolio in EMEA
- Drive retention, new business acquisition, and competitive displacement
- Manage and support a team of EMEA business developers
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives and senior management
- Collaborate with internal departments and partners to achieve financial and business goals
- Coordinate forecasting and pipeline processes across Arrow countries
- Design and develop sales campaigns with marketing strategists to target commercial customers
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in the technology sector, particularly within the IT industry
- Experience managing customer relationships, sales processes, and programs
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams in a matrix organization
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time
- Fluency in English; fluency in additional European languages would be a plus
- Experience with strategic sales initiatives and marketing collaborations
