Key Responsibilities- Commercial Strategy Development
Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy to achieve business goals and revenue targets across all Grosvenor Casinos brands.
Team LeadershipLead a commercial team to drive the strategy forward, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Market Research and AnalysisOversee market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions, identifying new market opportunities and revenue streams.
Financial ManagementPrepare and manage the commercial budget, ensuring cost efficiency and financial performance, collaborating with the finance team to report on finance performance.
Pricing and PromotionsManage and optimize pricing strategies, promotions, and customer acquisition costs, monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics to identify areas of improvement.
Culture and DevelopmentCultivate a workplace culture that empowers teams to thrive and overdrive performance, creating a unique environment for people to learn quickly and develop their careers.
Partnerships and CollaborationsFoster partnerships with key stakeholders, influencers, and affiliates to expand our reach and influence to new players.
