- 2+ years of experience in managing and leading a digital marketing team.
- Proven experience in customer marketing in a B2B SaaS environment developing and executing lifecycle marketing strategies.
- Strong experimental and analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making and optimize marketing efforts.
- Proven track record in managing and growing a motivated customer marketing team.
- Proficiency in English with the ability to create compelling messaging and content.
- Familiarity with email design and coding concepts.
- Passion for customer-centric marketing and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools.
