The Marketing Operations Studio Lead is responsible for leading our nearshored Marketing Operations Studio in Madrid and ensuring digital marketing campaigns are aligned with regional and local marketing plans.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and drive all aspects of digital marketing and directly support the Senior Project Manager Digital Content & Marketing.
- Lead a team of 5-10 digital marketing professionals.
- Enable countries and brands to successfully execute campaigns based on MOS services.
- Ensure consistent digital marketing strategies by providing creative concepts and executing omni-channel-marketing campaigns while utilizing Straumann applications and performance measurement.
- Take part in alignment meetings and support the planning and forecasting of digital marketing campaigns.
- Ensure local campaign launch readiness and execution and campaign market compatibility.
- Undertake market research to keep up to date with current customer trends, as well as predicting future trends.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in marketing or business administration or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
- 5+ years professional experience in leading digital marketing projects and go-to-market strategies in global environments (preferably medical device business).
- Experience in leading marketing teams.
- Certified project management training or equivalent (SCRUM, PMP, etc.,...).
- Scrum or agile project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
