About the Role

Terumo BCT, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Market Access Specialist to join our team. As a Market Access Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by developing and executing market access strategies to enhance patient access to our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement market access strategies to support reimbursement requests and improve access to care.
  • Conduct health economic data collection and analysis to inform market access decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop reimbursement pathways and strategies for Spain and other selected countries.
  • Analyze health economic data sets and translate them into abstracts, posters, publications, and commercial tools.
  • Contribute to the development of healthcare systems atlases and reimbursement strategies for Terumo BCT's portfolio.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as market access, health policy, or health outcomes/economics.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, consulting, or medical device industry in market access/health economics.
  • Experience in interaction with HTA national and regional bodies.
  • Experience in assessing reimbursement structures and value dossier development.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present complex healthcare-related information concisely.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, with a strong attention to detail.
