Compañía líder del sector asegurador, precisa incorporar un/a Senior Legal Counsel con específico conocimiento de normativa del ámbito financiero/asegurador, y con el objetivo de prestar asesoramiento jurídico en el día a día del negocio como en proyectos locales e internacionales. Buscamos a un/a abogado/a especialista que pueda asesorar en el día a día de una aseguradora de vida (vida ahorro) y en operaciones complejas (inversión).

**Funciones del cargo**

Elaboración y gestión de contratos complejos de inversión y proyectos estratégicos.
Amplia experiencia en identificar, gestionar y mitigar los riesgos legales, regulatorios y de gobierno corporativo para permitir que la Compañía logre sus objetivos estratégicos y comerciales con pleno cumplimiento de la normativa.
Asesorar directamente en el día a día del negocio en todos los temas legales, incluyendo entre otros: asesoramiento en normativa aseguradora, distribución, inversiones, productos de seguros de vida ahorro, litigios, proyectos estratégicos, etc.

**Requisitos**

Formación universitaria: Licenciatura en Derecho, valorándose formación jurídica complementaria.
Experiencia mínima de 5 años en área jurídica corporativa de una compañía sector asegurador (vida ahorro) y/o en despacho de primer nivel.
Inglés negociación.
