Claims Expert/Configurator

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Expert/Configurator to join our team at Empresa reconocida. As a key member of our Information Technologies area, you will play a crucial role in creating, delivering, and maintaining insurance product management solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze Business Requirements: Transform business needs into technical solution proposals based on our platform's capabilities.
- Develop Digital Claims Processes: Create innovative, efficient, and simple claims/UW processes and services that add value to our clients.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with technicians, architects, configurators, process experts, and product owners to maintain a logical structure in our system.
- Integrate into Agile Methodology: Adapt to our Agile WoW atmosphere and contribute to its success.
- Research and Improve: Identify opportunities for improving current claims/UW services and functionalities.
- Develop End-to-End Vision: Create a comprehensive vision for future digital and modern claims/UW solutions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or Master of Science in Business Administration or IT.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with expertise in digital processes automation.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming or configuring using SQL or PL/SQL language, knowledge of DDBB models, and good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Desirable Skills: Good knowledge of life and non-life claims management, and a technical profile with experience in claims/UW developments or integrations.
