Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Claims Management Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Claims Management division, you will be responsible for the operational management of claims, from opening to closing. Your primary objective will be to continuously improve the customer experience by choosing the right technologies, partners, and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the claims management process, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of claims.
- Develop and implement strategies to prevent and detect fraud, while monitoring loss ratios.
- Collaborate with our insurance team to improve products and services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for our Third-Party Administrators (TPAs).
- Play a key role in educating leads and customers about our products and coverages.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in claims management or property damage adjusting (home insurance).
- Experience working with home repair services and tradesmen (plumbers, painters, locksmiths, etc.).
- Digital literacy and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Interest in technology and anti-fraud processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) and good command of English. French is a plus.
