Job Description

Manning Global is seeking a highly skilled Lead Enterprise Architect to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our telecommunications process, applications, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide architectural leadership and guidance in the development and evolution of our telecommunications process, applications, and infrastructure.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, efficient, and future-proof solutions that drive our digital transformation initiatives.
  • Lead and work in cross-functional teams to evaluate architectural/technology choices, provide insights, and drive strategic outcomes.
  • Architecture blueprinting, advising on organization structure and operating model strategy/process/IT Apps Dev and Support/Cloud/Contact Centres/BPO.
  • Leading architecture for large-scale multi-year, multi-vendor programs involving multiple pillars (e.g., ADMS, System Integration, Infra/Cloud management, Networks, Security, and BPS).
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in telecommunications, with a strong focus on BSS and OSS architecture.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing complex, scalable telecommunications solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry standards and best practices in Online, BSS, and OSS, cloud technologies, security, performance, and technology solutions like Microservices.
  • Ability to draw up the e2e Enterprise architecture for a large TelCo ensuring compliance to both functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Good understanding of online capabilities and fulfillment channels.
  • Good understanding of core TelCo products and the trends in the TelCo industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Experience with architectural modeling tools and methodologies.
  • Agile way of working, project management skills, and relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF) are good to have.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
