About the Role:

Pagero Group is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Agent to join our team. As a Technical Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries related to our software, including invoice issues and e-service cases.
  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting via chat, phone, and Case Management System.
  • Work with customers to resolve issues of varying difficulty, providing guidance and support to ensure a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of colleagues to resolve complex cases and provide exceptional support.
  • Adapt quickly to new tasks and technologies, with a strong focus on understanding the underlying factors of customer issues.

Requirements:

  • Completed upper secondary education.
  • Post-secondary education in systems science, IT, or technology is a merit.
  • Experience in support, service, or technology is a plus.
  • Strong interest and understanding of technology.
  • Fluency in Arabic, English, and Spanish.
  • Advanced knowledge of French, Portuguese, and/or German is a big plus.
  • Residency in Madrid, with the ability to work in Spain without a work visa.
