Job Title: Hebrew Business Growth Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Hebrew Business Growth Specialist to join our Acquisition Marketing team in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality leads to our internal New Business Sales partners across the Hebrew markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect high-quality, policy-compliant leads for our internal New Business Sales teams
  • Conduct company evaluations and qualifications using provided guidelines and online tools
  • Stay up-to-date with industry news and trends to ensure timely prospecting
  • Collaborate with sales programs to plan ahead on lead sourcing areas, according to sales team needs
  • Deliver a set of leads based on agreed quarterly targets
  • Provide weekly reporting and analysis of work in a presentable format

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in digital advertising or market research
  • Minimum education level of 2nd year college or higher
  • B2 level or higher of market being supported
  • Hebrew: C2 level
  • Advanced level of English
  • Intermediate spreadsheet skills (ability to work with pivot tables, vlookups, etc)
  • Valid work permit for Spain

Skills and Attributes:

  • Ability to work autonomously and report back on progress on a daily basis
  • Able to think strategically and follow market trends
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail with excellent written and verbal skills
  • Comfortable working with reports, databases, and CRM systems (Salesforce)
  • Highly organized and able to work under pressure in a busy and collaborative environment
  • High standards in terms of accuracy and attention to detail are essential
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills. Able to multitask and stay detail-oriented
