Job Title: Hebrew Business Growth Specialist
About the Role:
Teleperformance Spain is seeking a highly skilled Acquisition Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Barcelona. As a key member of our New Business Sales Development team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, policy-compliant leads to our internal sales teams across European markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect high-quality leads for our internal New Business Sales teams
Assess company potential using provided guidelines and online tools
Conduct eligibility checks using internal tools to ensure prospects are eligible for acquisition
Stay up-to-date with industry news and trends to ensure timely prospecting
Collaborate with sales programs to plan ahead on lead sourcing areas, according to sales team's needs
Requirements:
1 year experience in digital advertising or market research
Minimum education level of 2nd year college or higher education
B2 level or higher of market being supported
Hebrew: C2 level
Advanced level of English
Intermediate spreadsheet skills (ability to work with pivot tables, vlookups, etc)
Valid work permit for Spain
Benefits:
Full-time position (39h per week, Sunday to Thursday)
Salary: 25,925€ gross/year + up to 4
