Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Design Manager with expertise in Hydraulics & Drainage projects. The Design Manager will coordinate different projects and H&D staff in EC Europe, ensuring seamless project delivery and high-quality results. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on AECOM's monumental projects located around the world, contributing to our mission of delivering a better world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage multiple Hydraulics & Drainage projects simultaneously
  • Lead and motivate H&D staff to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Ensure compliance with AECOM's quality, safety, and environmental standards
Requirements
