Technical Infrastructure Project Manager, Electrical Engineering

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Infrastructure Project Manager with expertise in electrical system design, power systems studies, inspection, testing, and maintenance to join our Base-Building Electrical Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and improve maintenance programs and policies for electrical systems at warehouse locations, ensuring compliance with local codes and global standards.
  • Partner with Risk Management and other key stakeholders to align electrical system maintenance programs with insurance requirements.
  • Perform detailed calculations to establish standards and specifications for electrical systems.
  • Inspect installations and observe operations to ensure compliance with design and equipment specifications and safety standards.
  • Support operations, construction, and other relevant departments with product development and testing.
  • Audit electrical system maintenance practices globally to identify deviations and corrective actions.
  • Conduct equipment failure investigation and provide mitigation solutions.
  • Monitor trends in electrical system maintenance reports and escalate as necessary to drive improvements to maintenance activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience in a technical support role for electrical distribution systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of power system analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and regulations related to electrical engineering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience solving problems at a continent or global scale.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with power system electrical testing.
  • Experience commissioning power systems.
