**Job Summary**

Our building services engineers are at the forefront of their discipline, designing mechanical, electrical, and public health (MEP) systems for safe, comfortable, and environmentally friendly building operations.
As part of our continued business growth, we are seeking an inspirational Project Manager with an Electrical Engineering background to work closely with clients and stakeholders, delivering outstanding construction projects across various sectors, including Industrial, Healthcare, Education, Leisure, Aviation, Commercial, and Defense.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead a team of MEP engineers and technical specialists to support the technical delivery of large building projects.
- Participate in the development of the delivery team and ensure AECOM delivers high-quality results for successful project outcomes.
- Deliver, review, and approve engineering solutions, and support bidding opportunities as the technical team leader.
- Identify changes and liaise with the project Commercial Manager to provide technical justification.
- Act as the main point of contact for MEP with design teams and ensure financial targets and internal KPIs are met.
- Prepare and present designs, reports, and specifications, and contribute to the update of AECOM standards.
- Grow client and architect relationships to support business growth, and act as a mentor to junior staff.
- Maintain and enhance expertise within the team and as an individual, and lead AECOM's Net zero carbon strategy.
**Requirements:**
- Degree educated in electrical engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience in seeing conceptual designs through to completion and dealing directly with clients.
- Highly motivated individual with excellent technical understanding of mechanical or electrical engineering, and a solid understanding of collaborating disciplines on multi-disciplinary projects.
- Track record of successful collaboration with design teams nationally and internationally.
