Job Description

We are seeking a high-potential Partner Development Manager to join our Alliances and Channels team. This role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with executives and sales teams at both Stripe and partner organizations to drive strategic partnerships and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a revenue-generating joint GTM plan with assigned partners, including joint events, webinars, and co-selling initiatives.
  2. Cultivate deep relationships with partner cross-functional leadership teams and optimize partner performance through business reviews and identifying additional business opportunities.
  3. Establish a QBR cadence and lead quarterly meetings to review progress and identify areas for growth.
  4. Advocate for partners and identify areas for growth via partnerships.
  5. Finalize operational and contracting details with prospective partners through collaboration with Legal and Finance teams.
  6. Report out on a regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence to all key stakeholders.
Requirements

This role requires a strong understanding of business development, partnership management, and revenue growth strategies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
