About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Project Manager to join our team at Mango, a leading fashion company. As a CRM Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our loyalty program, ensuring its success and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the loyalty program strategy, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy loyalty program initiatives, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and prioritize tasks.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring effective use of company assets.
  • Monitor and analyze program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a CRM or loyalty program context.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, loyalty program development, and customer retention strategies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, such as Jira and Confluence.
