Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Representative to join our team at Marriott Vacations Worldwide. As a Marketing Representative, you will play a critical role in promoting our brand image and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Tour generation and return package sales: Present and arrange Marriott's Club Son Antem sales presentation to qualified guests at contracted locations.
- Promote awareness of brand image: Internally and externally promote Marriott's Club Son Antem through arranging sales presentations and selling return packages for qualified potential purchasers.
- Guest relations: Welcome and acknowledge each and every guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly verbal greeting, using the guest's name when possible.
- Customer service: Actively listen and respond positively to guest questions, concerns, and requests using brand or property specific process to resolve issues, delight, and build trust.
- Communication: Work with the partnered hotel and other location staff to ensure appropriate representation and communication is provided daily.
- Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workstation and initiate contact with as many people as possible.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.
- Bilingual English and German.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong work ethic, high energy level, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Highly driven and a self-starter.
- Sales experience preferred.
