Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Salve Consulting. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in the Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences, and provide personalized solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, and stay up-to-date with industry trends, new models, and competitive vehicles.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, and provide exceptional customer service to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in automotive sales or a customer-facing sales role, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in French (C1) and Portuguese (C1) - required, and good command of English (B2 / C1) required.
  • Industry Knowledge: Passion for the automotive industry and in-depth knowledge of various vehicle models and brands.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
