Job Title: Junior Labour Legal Advisor

We are seeking a skilled and positive individual to join our team as a Junior Labour Legal Advisor. The successful candidate will have experience in interacting with different cultural environments and can work in a challenging high-growth atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the point of contact for HR handling employees in Spain, ensuring labor law compliance and managing employee relations matters.
  • Manage employee records, control HR databases, and coordinate between handling employees and the Health and Safety Specialist.
  • Organize and participate in different HR events and meetings.
Requirements:
  • Academic background in Law or Employee Relations.
  • 3+ years of experience working in Employment Law.
  • Knowledge of employment and Spanish labor law.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Highly motivated with keen attention to detail, proficient written and oral communication skills.
  • Availability to travel 2-3 days per month to our Spanish bases.
  • Fluent in English.
