About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Volotea. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations in Spain, handling employee relations matters, and maintaining accurate employee records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the point of contact for HR, handling employees in Spain, including labor law compliance, contracts, paid and unpaid leaves, and documents.
  • Manage daily requests and HR tickets related to personnel handling.
  • Resolve employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including seniority documents and categories.
  • Control and update HR databases, such as Succesfactors.
  • Organize and participate in various HR events and meetings.
  • Coordinate between handling employees and the Health and Safety Specialist.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in employee relations, especially in the handling sector.
  • Knowledge of employment and Spanish labor law.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and positive attitude.
  • Highly motivated with keen attention to detail and proficient written and oral communication skills.
  • Availability to travel 2-3 days per month to our Spanish bases.
  • Fluent English.
