Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Law Specialist to join our Legal team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional legal services to our international client portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with corporate maintenance of client companies, including updating and preparing official documents, such as deeds, contracts, minutes, certificates, and tax registrations.
  • Support the incorporation of companies and/or shelf companies, handling legal-related tasks, and establishing, maintaining, processing, and updating files, records, certificates, and/or other related documents.
  • Prepare and file forms to comply with and communicate with local authorities, including 030, 036, D4, D8, D1, D5, and Bank of Spain reporting.
  • Update the minutes book, stakeholders register, and intake forms, ensuring compliance files are fully updated and meet quality standards.
  • Represent the company externally, performing administrative tasks, such as preparing cover letters, final letters, and courier arrangements.

Requirements

  • Degree in Law.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
  • Consolidated experience in Corporate Law or Commercial Law.
  • Advanced or proficient English.
  • Excellent written and communication skills in Spanish.
  • Proficiency in MS Office package.
  • Strong team-playing skills.
  • Quick-learning and flexibility towards changing environments.
  • Excellent organization skills and adaptability to a high multitasking environment.
