  • Ensure compliance with Spanish employment laws and collective bargaining agreements

  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR generalist role
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Background in real estate or property management is a plus
  • HR degree or business degree is desirable
  • Proactive and forward-thinking mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
