About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Working Supervisor. In this role, you'll be responsible for monitoring and reporting team performance, organizing weekly meetings, and ensuring processes and procedures are up to date. You'll also provide support in critical problems, take care of logistic issues, and maintain knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers.
Your Qualifications
We're looking for someone with 3-year experience in operations management, who's bilingual or proficient in Dutch and has an advanced level of English. You should be able to define clear operational plans, adapt to fast changes, and demonstrate leadership skills. Excellent communication skills are a must.
