Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and report team performance, ensuring high-quality call treatment and case resolution.
  • Organize weekly meetings to provide feedback on team performance, introduce new procedures, and communicate upcoming changes.
  • Keep track of each agent's training needs to improve technical and phone communication skills.
  • Ensure processes and procedures are up-to-date and adhered to, handling overflow calls and tickets.
  • Offer support in critical problems, such as case escalations, emergencies, and customer complaints.
  • Take care of logistical issues, including office supplies and general working conditions.
  • Handle and close inbound sales calls to achieve quarterly quota.
  • Initiate and manage customer post-sales tasks, including order cancellations, claims management, and delivery follow-ups.

Requirements

We're looking for a bilingual or proficient Dutch speaker with an advanced level of English. Ideal candidates will have 3 years of experience in operations management and a proven ability to operate revenue-growing operations. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to fast changes are essential.
