Job Purpose

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your leadership and expertise in pursuit of our mission to become the most customer-focused and innovative oral care company in the world. We are seeking a Global Head of Digital Experience Services and Applications who will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining processes and solutions that enable the efficient and effective management of our Global Business Applications portfolio.

Main Responsibilities

  • Strategic Roadmap Development
    • Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to define, plan, and support Digital Experience Services and Applications.
    • Develop strategic projects and initiatives for digital services related to web applications and digital marketing, including budgeting and business investment strategies.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead a high-performance team with strong leadership skills and technology expertise, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation.
  • Vendor Management
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and external partners to ensure timely and effective delivery and support of services and applications.
  • Industry Expertise
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the area of Digital Excellence & E-Business initiatives.
    • Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements accordingly.
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage the budget for global business applications, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently to meet business objectives.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field and/or related working experience.
  • Experience and Personal Attributes
    • 10+ years of experience with web technologies, enterprise applications, and project management in a global environment and in managing digital experience and web application development teams.
    • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team as well as effectively building strong and collaborative relationships to ensure seamless program and project delivery.
    • Hands-on experience in the latest web technologies, cloud solutions, and software development practices.
    • Proven track record in strategic planning, project management, and IT infrastructure oversight.
    • Good knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe's experience cloud products is highly desirable.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization.
    • Strong negotiation skills and experience in vendor management.
    • Capacity to face and adapt to challenges to overcome them (resilience), strong analytics skills, and problem-solving.
    • Fluent English spoken and written, other languages are an asset (DE).
