{"h1": "Strategic Execution Manager in Energy Sector", "p": "At Metyis AG, we are seeking a seasoned Manager to join our Strategy and Execution team in the Energy and Utilities Sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client interactions and building strong relationships with our clients in the Energy Sector.

Your primary focus will be on developing and executing business strategies that drive impactful change for our clients. You will work closely with our project managers and directors to ensure the successful delivery of projects and the achievement of client goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute business strategies that drive impactful change for our clients
* Manage client interactions and build strong relationships with our clients in the Energy Sector
* Work closely with project managers and directors to ensure successful project delivery
* Conduct analyses to define client needs and develop actionable insights
* Supervise research activities to obtain relevant data and develop business cases

Requirements:

* Demonstrated expertise in the Energy & Utilities Sector
* Over 6 years of consulting experience, with relevant industry experience
* At least 1+ years at a project lead level
* Strong management and communication skills
* Proven ability to manage client engagements and provide guidance to teams
* Strong analytical skills and a high capacity for conceptual thinking
* Fluency in Spanish and English
