About the Role:

  4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through self-generated leads, client referrals, and strategic partnerships.
  5. Deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring premium value is delivered aligned with client goals and objectives.
  6. Stay up-to-date on client opportunities, threats, and risks, maintaining and growing relationships through proactive communication and strategic planning.
Requirements:
  1. Native-level German language skills and fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  2. Proven experience working in the German market, with a strong understanding of local business dynamics and cultural nuances.
  3. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a positive attitude and a clear focus on achieving and exceeding targets and goals.
  4. Challenger mindset, with the ability to think creatively and identify new business opportunities.
  5. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple customers at different stages of the sales process.
  6. Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to speak confidently with senior executives and influence decision-makers.
  7. Ability to quickly gain an in-depth understanding of each client's needs, driving results and identifying new business opportunities.
  8. Previous experience in a sales role is highly desirable.
  9. Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills, with the ability to drive innovation and change.
