Night Manager

We're looking for a Night Manager who embodies the Hoxton spirit: passionate, unflappable, and dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our night team, you'll oversee the smooth operation of our hotel, ensuring our guests feel welcome and valued, even in the early hours.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Night Shift: Supervise and motivate your team to deliver outstanding service, handling any issues that arise with poise and professionalism.
- Guest Experience: Treat every guest as an individual, making them feel special and ensuring their stay is memorable.
- Task Management: Oversee the night team's tasks, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our Front Office Manager and the rest of the team to drive sales strategies and maximize occupancy.
- Public Areas: Proactively monitor our public spaces, working with our restaurant and security teams to maintain a seamless experience for our guests.
- Individuality: You're a unique individual who brings your own style and approach to the role.
- Passion for Hospitality: You're driven by a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, whether it's a drink, a meal, or a comfortable stay.

- Previous Experience: You have previous experience as a Night Manager in a 4* or 5* hotel property.
- Language Skills: You're fluent in Spanish and English, with Catalan and additional languages a plus.
