About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join ABB Schweiz AG as a Technical Sales Support Specialist - Measurement and Analytics Expert. As part of the Process Automation business line, you will play a key role in supporting the Measurement & Analytics Sales team and customers during the proposal process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer technical advice and solutions on inquiries from customers, channels, and Sales Specialists about ABB products, systems, and applications.
  • Perform analytic and diagnostic studies to determine the optimal technical solution to meet customer needs and address complex inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain new sales opportunities and resolve specific customer problems; and ensure achievement of targets on orders, Net Price Variance (NPV), and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Ensure the achievement of budget goals, including volume targets and profitable growth, across all assigned product groups and in the respective countries.

Requirements

  • Highly skilled in working with instrumentation products in the Water, Energy, Chemical, and O&G markets.
  • At least 2 years of experience doing Sales Support and having direct contact with customers, as well as, working with Instrumentation such as Flowmeters, Pressure Transmitters, Temperature Transmitters, and Level Transmitters.
  • Possess an enhanced knowledge of Salesforce, SAP, and Office.
  • Enjoy working as part of a team and have an analytical thinking and communicative approach.
  • Precise and well-organized work style.
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical degree, or similar.
  • At ease communicating in Spanish and English.
  • Hold a current work permit valid in Spain.
