About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Publisher Development Manager to join our team at Getfluence. As a key member of our International team, you will be responsible for developing and managing our portfolio of publishers across multiple markets, including Italy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with publishers to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Work closely with our Sales team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with advertisers.
  • Monitor and analyze publisher performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize results.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to publishers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Native Italian speaker or fluent in Italian and English.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with publishers and internal stakeholders.
