About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Administrator to join our Product and Technology team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Salesforce environment, providing technical support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Administration: Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and record types to ensure alignment with business requirements and existing security and structure.
  • Technical Support: Provide escalated technical user support, particularly post-deployment, and assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to review business processes and optimize current solutions, and design, configure, and develop solutions using the full Salesforce toolset.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Assist with testing and quality assurance, including regression testing of Salesforce releases and supporting the UAT process.
  • Documentation and Communication: Create and maintain detailed documentation for technical design, case/ticket notes, and lessons learned, and communicate and update project status for tasks assigned.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, ideally in an administration role, and certified Salesforce Administrator or higher.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize effectively, and strong working knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including Process Builder, Formula fields, and Validation rules.
  • Collaboration: Experience working with Agile development teams using SCRUM and strong ability to perform data cleansing and mass updates for users.
